Yoly is an expert in revenue management and property operations with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate verticals. She also has deep experience in product development, best practices definition and program management.

Highlights of her advisory work include the design of a customized revenue management platform, and the selection, configuration, and implementation of property and revenue management systems for hotels and residential asset management clients. As Director of Product Development for TravelClick, Yoly managed over US$ 50MM in revenue from booking and demand products and services for a global collection of hotel clients. During that same time, she developed and deployed TravelClick’s in-house voice reservation service.

As a result of her experiences, Yoly is uniquely able to guide the entire lifecycle of program change including strategy refinement, product selection, process definition, project management and change management. Her advisory clients include G6 Hospitality (Motel 6), La Quinta Inns & Suites, and Beam Living.
