BRAD BUSHUE

Brad brings 13+ years of managing hospitality projects and programs to compliment DJR Advisors’ suite of real estate products. He is a versatile Advisor who guides delivery of complex technical and business challenges with clear action plans, high-performing teams, and method-based tools and practices.

Brad has managed all phases of the project lifecycle for many mid-to-large-scale projects including, dynamic revenue management system development, data warehouse and dashboard solutions, and various loyalty program initiatives and backend processes. He also has taken on mission-critical projects including a major AWS migration and complete program management (PMO) for his clients. 

Be it a simple business process optimization, a large scale migration, or managing a complete project portfolio, Brad has helped clients like Extended Stay Hotels, Motel 6, La Quinta, and, most recently, Beam Living deliver successful implementations and transformations.
